THIS WEEKS GAME BALL AWARD GOES TO... Jay VanZant. Batting second in the CBC lineup, Jay smoked a taser down the right field line, skippin past the right fielder and to the wall, resulting in his first inside the park home run since playing in a pre-season tournament with the CBC minor league associate, the DINOS. His hitting was also backed up by solid plays and decisions in the field. way to go, Jay. Honor this award with pride.

Come on out to that there Fountain Bluff Ballpark on this Thursday Night at 830pm to watch the CBC softball team play their last game of the season. Shoot, I am 94 years old and i still might make an appearance, take a swing, and become the oldest man to ever play in amatuer softball leagues. As long as i don't fall down when i swing. I almost soiled myself when i did that last time...
