FALL RETREAT

ATTENTION YOUTH & PARENTS

This friday night is the youth Fall Retreat. The cost is $10. The Deadline to pay this money is this wed night. Please make checks out to Chandler Baptist Church. This is a retreat, so please plan on bringing your bibles and a notepad. The retreat will begin at the Staves and then shortly thereafter, will move to the friendly confines of our wonderful church building.

The agenda is as follows: We will meet at The Staves House at 7:30 pm for a bonfire and cookout. Then at 9:00 pm we will head over to the church where Ron Dempsey and Rhett will lead the devotionals. We will sing, play games, have bible devotions, grow closer to God, and have fun.

Saturday morning, we will provide breakfast at 10 am, followed shortly by another devotion, game, and a closing prayer. All festivities will conclude saturday at Noon.

THINGS TO KNOW: Boys and girls will sleep in separate rooms. There is no shower in the church, so plan accordingly. If problems arise with a youth, parents will be called and asked to come and pick up youth. If you have any questions, call Rhett at 816-522-5050.

ITEMS TO BRING: Sleeping Bag, Pillow, Hygiene Products, Bible, Pen, Notebook, Snacks, Extra Change of Clothes (we will play outside and may get messy)

WHAT NOT TO BRING: DVD Players, Video Game Machines, Tobacco Products, Alcohol

The Staves live right next to the church. Turn right out of the church parking lot, then left onto County Home Rd. Then turn right onto NE 116th Street. The first house on the left is the Staves house. Look for the Bonfire.
