What's The Question Box?
The Question Box is a place where you can bring your most serious, curious, and even dumb questions that you may not have the confidence to ask at church around other people, but, youve always wondered, none the less.
For example: Why does bad stuff happen to good people? Or better yet, why does God allow it?
That's a great question. So look for the Question Box in the youth room and drop a question or two in there. At some point during the month I will take time on a Wed. night to answer the questions to the best of my ability. I may not always be able to answer the questions but at least we will give it a go.
In my opinion, church should be a place where we can feel free to ask tough questions and attempt to wrestle and struggle with the tough issues that exist in our life.
We need to be able to ask: What does the Bible have to say about this? What has God already said that could shed some light on my situation? Maybe someone else has already experienced it and we could learn from that person's experience.
Asking questions is a positive and healthy part of a Christian's life. Sometimes we don't have all of the answers, and that's okay!

i didnt know this thing still exsisted... i say forget that last CBC softball game it was a nightmare...
Jayce, the tentative plan for the dome shaving is going to be tomorow evening sometime. Jay and I are working out the for sure time, but we got the hookups on a place to do it. What's big Tom goin' to think about this? We are definitely shaving it into a mullet first and havin' some fun with it before we cut it all off...

no ashley, we are not cutting off jayce's head, just the hair on top of it. a.k.a. shaving his dome. no need to kiss his dome goodbye. his partial bowl, however, can and will be parted with. Jayce...for shavin' your head and bein such a good sport, you are getting a free prize to go with it.
well...jay and i are thinking around 6 or 7 tonight. It depends on if his grandparents are home because thats where we are going because they got a little setup there for dome shavings.
silly jayce it hasnt been a month since his last post. settle yourself down. we'll try the dome shavin fiasco again tomorow.
